That’s about right for Marumo. Excellent food, amazing prices. Moe really does it for love of food and not for profit. At least not with the prices he is charging. 3-6 months is normal and unfortunately, as more people know about him, I think the wait is just going to get longer. Ha ha, imagine booking a year in advance just for his omakase!
